Knife to Separate your Pu-erh Tea Brick or Cake

The best way to separate a chunk of Pu-erh tea from a brick, cake is to use something not too sharp to pry at it.

Typically when using this method the tea will separate in layers and there will be less breakage of the tea leaves. Broken leaves can lead to more bitterness in brewing.
